ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Alexa R.
For more than a decade, Alexa Rodriguez has built her career around hospitality — learning how to anticipate what people need, manage every detail behind the scenes, and create experiences that feel effortless to the guest.
Originally from Juárez, Mexico, Alexa spent 10 years in Dallas, where she built her career and later founded AR Hospitality. What began with a deep understanding of hospitality has evolved into producing private celebrations, corporate events, brand activations, influencer experiences, and highly customized gifting for clients and brands.
Alexa is involved from the first idea to the final detail — sourcing venues and vendors, developing concepts, managing production and logistics, and overseeing the experience on-site. Her approach is hands-on, personal, and built around the belief that true luxury is found in the details people remember.
Now based in Miami, Alexa continues to work extensively in Dallas while producing events and experiences for clients across the U.S. and internationally.
